Shipping policy

What are the shipping rates?

There is free shipping on orders of €50 or more.

You can calculate the additional fees through the shopping cart, depending on the delivery address and your purchase, which may vary. (All mentioned fees cover packaging and shipping costs.)

What is the delivery time?

Once you have completed your order in the online shop, we will immediately start preparing your package. It takes a maximum of 2 working days before the package is shipped. After shipping, delivery is usually within 24 hours.

To which countries are packages shipped and what are the shipping costs?

We currently ship to Belgium, Netherlands, France, and Germany. If you would like to ship to a different country, please let us know at hello@brothway.com and we will see what we can do to help you. All shipped packages are carefully packaged.

What if the order is damaged, incomplete, or lost?

We ship fragile products. Although these products are well packaged to minimize the risk of damage, it is still possible that you will receive a broken bottle. Please send us an email (hello@brothway.com) with a photo of the damaged product as soon as possible when this happens. We will refund the price of the damaged products if you send the above information within 5 days of receipt. In all other cases, the damaged product will not be refunded or re-shipped.
