The Nordic broth is drawn from fresh shrimp from the North Sea and lobster. This strong, naturally salty flavor doesn't need a lot of additional ingredients, but a subtle touch of fresh greens (celery, shallot, carrot, leek, tomato) and herbs finish it off!
